ATTENTION ALL U.S.A. and
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Plum Creek Collectibles cannot be held
responsible for orders that are lost in the U.S. Mail or UPS system, unless it
was caused by our error. If your order has not
arrived 30 days after it was mailed, we can reship the order but cannot issue
any refunds. You will be charged for the duplicate order. Unless requested
otherwise, we do not mail with shipping
confirmation, tracking options, or insurance. If you wish those services to be
added to your order, please send an email with this request and we will reply
with the additional cost before shipping your order.
We DO NOT refund the purchase price or the postage costs on lost orders.
CANADIAN & OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: It is highly recommended that
you purchase confirmation or tracking options for your orders. On orders over
$50.00 you may want to consider insurance as well. We ship airmail letter post
whenever possible and then Global Priority Mail as needed.
